Lead counsel in American Airlines Flight 1420 Air Crash. 2004-2005 received the first verdict in Arkansas for "loss of life," sometimes referred to as "the life not lived" damages - Lopez v. In 2003-2005 established jurisdiction in USDC, Eastern District of Arkansas, for an accident outside Arkansas involving Dassault Aviation, Falcon Jet - Anderson v.
